Please be advised that Cuticle Qween services can only be reserved by individuals age 18 or older. For those under 18, we offer press-on sets for pickup or delivery. Please text for inquiries.
There is no deposit to secure an appointment, however we require card information to be left on file.
Please be advised booking policies must be reviewed and signed for appointment approval.
It is important to us at Cuticle Qween that our clients are aware of our policies regarding tardiness and no-shows.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please note that arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $20 charge and a deduction in services. If you're more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, and you will be considered a "No-Call, No-Show". Once considered a "No-Call No-Show" all future bookings will be denied.
Our "No-Call No-Show" policy states that if a client misses a scheduled appointment they will be charged 50% of the service fee. This charge will be processed from the card on file, and if the payment fails, an invoice will be sent that must be paid within 24 hours. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our team and other clients who could have taken that appointment slot. Thank you for your understanding and for your continued support.
We offer the convenience of rescheduling or canceling your appointment online or directly from your confirmation/reminder email and text.
Please note that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the schedule appointment.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in $30 late cancelation/rescheduling fee. The late fee will applied towards service when rescheduling.
Kindly be aware that you are responsible for managing your appointments, as we do not facilitate rescheduling or cancellations once they are booked.
We ask that our clients understand the importance of maintaining a clean and relaxing environment. We kindly request that all guest refrain from bringing outside food and drinks into our space to help us uphold our standards of cleanliness. Additionally, for the comfort of all guest, we ask that you come to your appointment alone, without additional guest, children, or pets. Thank you for your understanding and helping us create a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.
We ask that our clients understand the importance of client etiquette. We kindly request that all guest properly wash their hands before service. If receiving nail art services we ask that you stay still during your appointment, refrain from eating, turning, fidgeting, and excessive phone use. If you cannot stay still, services will be stopped and you will leave with what is complete. Thank you for understanding.
